Use with Confidence and Privacy
We value your privacy
At Sanal Kartlarım, we keep the sign-up process simple and use only the information necessary for account management. We are committed to clearly explaining what information is processed and to keeping our users properly informed.
No KYC is required when signing up
When creating a Sanal Kartlarım account, we do not require an ID document, ID number, a selfie, proof of residence, or video ID verification. All you need to sign up is a username, email address, and password. Your account is verified via a link sent to your email address.
There is no requirement to provide your name, address, or phone number
You are not required to share your real first name, last name, home address, or phone number on the sign-up form. You can choose your own username.
Your unique SDIN code
The system automatically assigns each member a unique, 10-digit SDIN code . This code makes it easier to identify your account during management and support processes.
Your SDIN code is linked to your account records. Your username, email address, support messages, and transaction records are also stored in the system. The SDIN code does not serve as a substitute for your password or account access verification.
IP Addresses and Technical Security
Your IP address is not a piece of information requested on the registration form. However, it may be visible to the server during the connection. The application uses a hash generated from the IP address to limit abuse and excessive requests.
Session and visitor cookies
Session cookies are used for secure login and account transactions. A visitor cookie may also be used to distinguish repeat visits to blog posts. For the blog view counter, neither the IP address nor the browser header is stored in the database.
Verification for card and payment services
Since no identification documents are required for platform membership, KYC means you will be an anonymous user. No additional information or verification is required, subject to relevant requirements.
Sharing sensitive information in support messages
You can use the SDIN code in support requests. Do not include your password, card security code, or verification codes that grant access to your account in support messages.
Contact us regarding privacy
You can submit any questions or requests regarding information related to your account and our privacy practices through the “Start Support” section in the member dashboard.
